The BTB Mentorship Program is a 6-month guided experience designed to help emerging and evolving professionals in events, hospitality, and tourism build clarity, confidence, and community.
Through intentional mentor matching, monthly check-ins, and optional workshops, this program creates space for honest conversations and strategic growth without the awkwardness or fluff.
We call it "The Room" because too many of us have been left out of them. Whether you’ve had a mentorship fizzle, struggled to find your people, or never had access to the right network, this space was built to change that.
